Why should we follow the link? who the hell is Glenn Beck,
one of the Pythons?
Maybe you shouldn't! But then again, maybe you should.
He's a moron who still thinks making air quotes is somehow cool.
yes. After Jeff finishes a song I can't recall a lick he played.
I can replay many a Jerry, Jorma, Clapton ,Carlos solo.
But Jeff nada. just a few hooks from some old songs.
HIS Current bassist Tal Wilkenfeld is a cutie though.
You can't recall the lick from Freeway Jam? It's only one of the
catchiest riffs ever played, it pops into my head with no prompting
quite often.

Or his entire rendition of Good Bye Pork Pie Hat? Although I wish he had
played over the changes. Why don't rock players ever play over the
changes?
Along those lines (cool ballads with very quirky changes), I saw
Illinois Jacquet play 'Round Midnight solo on a bassoon. Amazing. The
whole night was pretty cool as the rest of the band was Dizzy, Max,
Richard Davis and Leon Thomas. I'm glad I got to see Diz and Max play
some real bebop.

there is the opening melody for a few bars{the hook} and then....what?
