I recently found this out that after some time checking around with
the New York State's Vital Statistics, let it now know that Scott
Lifshine of #### Bruckner Blvd, Bronx NY #####, died on November 10,
2008. Death was attributed to injuries caused by numerous puncture
wounds to the chest during a scuffle in the lobby of his apartment
building on the night of November 9, 2008.
He was know on the internet as "the teenager who recorded the
California Jam 1974." He was also not well liked on Usenet groups and
concidered delusional by mental health experts.
Whoever is using WeReo_BoY, iL_WeReo, & CalJam_ScoTT, please stop
using those handles for respect of the deceased.

bill. You made audio recordings from someone else's recordings from
the radio and television broadcasts and then tried to bootleg those
recordings. Those broadcasts are copyrighted, and they still are in
copyright.
