"John Battaglia" J-Cards???

Hey there. For years, I ordered my j-cards from a guy in New York City named
John Battaglia. Perhaps a few of you know who I'm talking about... the
j-cards were of very high quality card stock and featured nice black & white
photos of the band and on the area where you'd write the date and venue
info., the cards has 'Live Dead' typeset on them (in a gothic style typeset).
They were particularly popular amongst tape collectors in the early-to-mid
'80s.

Anyway, I need this guy's mailing address (I think it was a Church Street
Station P.O. box #) as well as the price/postage info. for his j-cards.

I know of these cards , as i bought several editions at shows i was at. Don't
know Johns current address, but there is a store in Long Island, NY in
Rockville Center called Prime Cuts Emporium , basiclly your Dead Head
supermarket , but they have most of the Edtions put out ( some are long sold
out ) if you want to buy from them and they might also have Johns address to
contact him directly.
