Maya has decided to make another run of Nethead T-shirts. There seems to
be a growing community out there, and she doesn't think folks should be
unable to be readily identified as Netheads just because they don't already
have a Nethead t-shirt. We get asked for one at most shows, so now she's
aceeding to popular demand.

UI've had some really fascinating conversations with folks I would have just
stumbled on by if one or the other of us hadn't been wearing a Nethead t-shirt.
Then other times I've gone to a show with my t-shirt, and just didn't feel
like talking to anyone. I see folks at both ends of the conversational
spectrum at most shows.

It seems we're becoming a recognizeable subculture at shows. I even heard
of a Nethead banner at MSG last September, complete with design.
It must have been great!

Speaking of design, this is it: Imagine you're Mr. Bones, working away at
your terminal. The screen would have appropriate graphics, like a lightning
bolt on red & blue background. Anyway, there you are, working away with
a nice fresh wreath of roses around your bony head, when a friend approaches
from your right rear. You turn to greet him, and raise your bony right hand
to say "Howdy."

It says "Nethead" in fancy lettering across the top of the picture. There are
some roses around the bottom. The back says:
Nothin' left to do but
:-) :-) :-)

The t-shirts are 100% cotton. We'll try for Fruit-of-the-Loom, but may not
be able to get enough. Last time we could only get 100 FOLs, and had to
use other brands to fill in. We stay away from Hanes Beefy T's because they
are too heavy for comfortable summer wear. We can get any size from Small
to XXL. The design is about 12 inches across, so no children's sizes, sorry.
It's got 4 colors, red roses, green leaves, red & blue screen, black lines
for the actual picture. This is the same design we made before, so if you've
seen one of them, you know what to expect.

Cost is $14.00 per t-shirt, which includes first class postage from us to
you. Foreign orders, please just send $15.00, to make it simple.
We'll accept money orders, or personal
checks. Hell, we'd even take one of them fancy "Cashier's Check" thing-a-ma-
bobs :-) We've never had a bad check from a Nethead, so we'll keep on
taking them. Perhaps it's because no one wants to risk generating *massive*
bad karma by bouncing a Nethead check, which would result in their
total inability to get ANY show tickets for a *whole year* :-)

If you'd like a Nethead T-shirt, send $14 per t-shirt to:

*** PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE SIZE(s) YOU NEED ***

If you forget, we'll just send you a Large.

All orders received by April 1 will be shipped by May 1, in time for Frost.
All orders received by June 1 will be shipped by July 1. We'll probably
do another run in the future, but for now, I think we'll cut it off at June 1,
and enjoy the summer :-)

There are presently about 312 Nethead t-shirts in existence. It'll be
interesting to see how many there are by the time Summer Tour comes around.

If you want to talk to us over a phone line, we're at (415) 367-6361 (how's
*that* for a "60's" phone number :-) ) Please call while the sun is
shining in California. We've got an answering machine, with a message about
the Grand Street Zoo. Our machine will record for as long as you keep talking,
so any message you leave can be as detailed as you feel necessary, and we'll
be guarenteed to receive it.
