"He only comes around, when he wants to get down,
but when he comes out of his hole he sounds something like this:"
It then goes into the snake charmer music which is sampled in "Dope
Man."
Any ideas on band/label?

Funky Worm / Ohio Players: from their awesome, classic Westbound
Records period when they were a match for P-Funk. Actually, I
just saw them and, despite the horn parts being played on synths,
they were down and dirty funky. Sugarfoot, in particular, was
as funny and cool a frontman as I've ever seen - after all the
gigging they've done he should know every trick, and he uses them.

"Nine cans of shaving powder!" HOO HOO HA HA HA !!!!
YES YES YES!!! This is the funkiest song of all
time. This is the source of all the funk in my
life, since listening to this song is one of my
earliest memories. Look at my .sig, there's a quote
from this song. Oh, whoops, I forgot to tell you who
it is! Naaaaa, I think I'll keep ya in suspense! :-)
Beg! Beg!
Oh ok... It's "Funky Worm" by the Ohio Players...
Grannie: "He's gonna make a MILLION dollars... I'm

OH THAT'S FUNKY, THAT'S FUNKY!
This is one of my favorite wacky (but not wack) old school tunes.
It's by the Ohio Players, and it's called "The Funky Worm" or somesuch.
I don't know which album it is off of (But Sir Lleb/George Z will
know)... I got it on a mix tape that my ex-girlfriend made for me.
