Homespun Tapes recently came out with a video called "The FingerPicking
Blues of Etta Baker." I enjoyed it a lot..

Check Homespun tapes, I believe they have just came out with a recording,
or video of hers, as well as swongbook.

Etta made a wonderful instructional video for our company last spring,
which comes with a booklet containing guitar tab for the tunes she
teaches. We recorded it in North Carolina, not far from where she lives.
You can get more info on this by checking our web site -
http://www.homespuntapes.com - or email me your address and I'll put a
print catalog of all our lessons (including Etta's) in the mail to you.

Thanks for your interest,

Happy Traum

The great Etta Baker was featured in a cover story in the Old-Time Herald
vol. 2 no. 3. She has appeared in recent years (and will again in 1997) at
MerleFest in Wilkesboro NC on the Traditional Music Stage.
