I saw Bruce opening for Bob Weir/Rob Wasserman. Assuming the setup is the same,
it was just Bruce, his guitar (electric), his amp (with a big tapestry hanging
over it), and a HUGE set of low-mounted windchimes. Periodically, he'd kick this
object in the middle of the chimes which would cause them all to resound. I
thought he was quite good, though I'd hardly heard him before (sadly). He may
have changed the format now, but I'd imagine he's still using the same electric
hollowbody and the same rest of the set-up.

I saw Bruce Cockburn in Pittsburgh a few months ago, opening for
Bob Weir and Rob Wasserman. In my jugdment, Cockburn blew the
headliners off the stage.

No stool. Just him and his guitar. Actually two guitars, one
acoustic and one electric.
