Appalachian Folk - New Band Mountain Soul

I'm a long-time lurker but this is my first post in a while. My band,
Mountain Soul, is releasing it's first CD on September 27, 2000. I wanted
to invite anyone who may be in the East Tennessee area to our release party
which will be Sept 27 at Borders on Morrell Road in Knoxville, TN at 7:00
P.M. We'll also be doing a live radio webcast on http://www.wdvx.com on
September 26 at 6:00 P.M.
Mountain Soul is an Appalachian folk group with bluegrass influences (the
bluegrass people call us folk, the folk people call us bluegrass, go
figure). We perform mostly original songs about hard times and the good
life in the mountains. You can check out some MP3 examples of our material
at http://mountainsoul.cjb.net.
Thanks for all the past advice and I'll look forward to hearing more from
you in the future.
