Anyone know of a female artist who sings a song with a line "I remember you,
do you remember me" I'd appreciate information about her and/or the album.
I heard it at a memorial yesterday and would like to hear it again.

It's on the soundtrack of "The Brother's McMullen", written by Sarah McLachlan,
Seamus Egan & Dave Merenda & performed by Sarah McLachlan... Lovely!
