some info which could help you. "Bel" actually came out in 1990, on Keltia
Musique. I don't know whether or not they are still in existence, but you
could try writing them at:

It still is (I checked in the french on-line phone book, the Minitel)
In France, they act as distributor for celtic labels; for instance, I bought
last saturday Clannad's Dulaman, Gael-Linn label, Keltia distribution.
I'll check if I find Gabriel Yakoub's "Bel" album in my usual store,
here in Paris.
