CJ Cherryh will be our GOH at ConDor in 2010. I was wondering if she is
active in filking. I have the Finity's End cassette and she wrote four
of the songs there. What is her current position on filk?

Google shows a bunch of hits for "filk" on her site. A

My search was:

Wonderful news.

Urr, please note after this not to just put a name as the Subject.
"CJ Cherryh GoH" wouldn't have made me feel scared that she'd died.

She wrote several songs that appeared in the Barbecued Songbook, but
that was years ago. I haven't heard of her writing anything lately.
There are a number of songs about her stuff, of course. You could ask f
she'd like to attend a theme circle of songs bout her works, and maybe
even sing some of her own songs there.

And mine. Lee is quite right about being a tad more specific.

Agreed. Though I'm sympathetic, having made exactly the same mistake
on occasion. Speaking of which, I've just modified the subject line on
THIS post.
