Heide will cook some hot dishes. Feel free to bring other dishes and snacks.

FROM THE WEST OR SOUTH: Take the 210 East to Waterman Canyon Rd (Also known
as State Highway 18). Turn left at top of offramp. Follow the street out
of San Bernardino and go up the hill.
TURN OFF AIR CONDITIONING GOING UP THE HILL TO AVOID OVERHEATING.
After 11.3 miles, take the Crestline Cutoff and follow signs to stay on
State 138, including the U shaped arrow going into town. At the T
intersection stay right. Stop at the 3-way stop sign, then continue
straight. Then take the quick left diagonal which is State Highway 138. At
the next three way stop, STOP, then go straight ahead, turning right into
Heide's driveway.

FROM LANCASTER/PALMDALE: Take Pearblossom Highway (State Highway 138) to
the three way stop at Knapps Cutoff just past Valley of Enchantment in
Crestline. Turn left into my driveway. Or go into the San Fernando Valley
and follow the above directions FROM THE WEST.

Maps will show the intersection as Knapps Cutoff and SH138.

If you go to Valley Rd,

Parking for 4-5 cars in driveway or on parking pad (carpooling
recommended). More parking around the corner on Valley Road:
turn right and then park at the ranger station or along the road
on the left.

Heide will post signs nearby pointing the way to her house.

FILK STYLE: To be determined by hostess.

NOTES:
1. No Smoking, please
2. Computer on site, but no printer or internet connection
3. Crash space for several, actually. There are two extra bedrooms, futons,
and mats for sleeping. For those who crash overnight I will be making a
pancake breakfast in the morning.
4. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COME EARLY and enjoy the Lake, the town, and visit.
ALSO FEEL FREE TO STAY and crash or visit in town the next day. I live
in a beautiful place and like to share it!
