Prompted by this morning's Crew-6 launch...
"Reentry Burn"
ttto "Sentimental Journey"
Gonna make that first reentry burn, see,
Gonna light it once we flip;
Gonna take it through that boost-back burn; we
Need to slow our downward trip.
Had a crew and took 'em into space here,
Filled a Dragon that takes four.
Second stage then took our boosting place; we're
Heading back to bring up more
Heaven,
Taking payloads clear to heaven,
Cargo or a crew of seven,
Till the second stage, on its one day,
Takes it away.
No one thought a rocket could return; we
Shocked 'em, landing on a drone.
Once we'd mastered that reentry burn, see,
That reentry burn back home.
