Tune: Bobby Vinton, "My Melody of Love"
(FYI, that's the schmaltzy pop song which was a big hit
in the Polish-American community because its chorus is
partly in Polish. This riffs on that...)

Three rings for Elven kings,
Seven for the Dwarf lords,
In their halls of stone.

Nine for mortals doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord,
On his dar-rrrk throne,

Whoa-ohhh,

Ash nazg durbatuluk, Sauron,
One ring to rule them all!
Ash nazg durbatuluk, Sauron,
Hold Middle-earth in thrall!

Thrak u ishi pushdug Lugburz,
Come to the dank, dark Tower--
Return to me, and always be
My precious ring of power!

I used http://folk.uib.no/hnohf/blackspeech.htm
as a gloss for Black Speech in the 5th line of the chorus,
but obviously the available lexicon is very limited and my
translation is not very good. I'd really like for it to be
right. Any suggestions are appreciated. I suppose it could
use another verse, though maybe it's better to stay merciful
and leave it at one.

It had to be done, you know.
