update on Jan Kelson
Lee Gold
Jan has been moved to Pacifica Hospital in Sun Valley (a long-term
nursing facility). She is still on a respirator - now it's a more
permanent one in her trachea instead of by mouth, and she's still in
Intensive Care and heavily sedated. It's been a month since we called
the paramedics, and she hasn't gotten any better - if anything, she's
deteriorated quite a bit. I feel really bad for her. Tell all the
filkers to send some good karma in her direction - she could certainly
use it.
