Friends: I'm trying to help out a student who is
writing program notes for her senior clarinet
recital, and can only find short paragraphs
without much information about this French
composer and clarinetist, apparently one of the
first graduates of the Conservatoire de Paris in
1806.
Any information beyond his birth and death dates
would be gratefully received! Please send to
