The person I exchanged messages with (Bob or not) pressed me for my cel number so we could connect on a different app, to which I said something like, "Look, you could be Bob Dylan and I could be Marilyn Monroe, or you could really be he." His response was that the 2405 account was a private account that he controlled, whereas the regular @bobdylan Twitter account was controlled by admins.
