Got a call from some friends who saw M&A at Sundance tonight... here are the
songs in the movie.

My Back Pages (foreign language)
Like A Rolling Stone (Italian rap cover)
It's All Over Now, Baby Blue
Blind Willie McTell
He Was A Friend Of Mine
If You See Her, Say Hello (foreign language)
On A Night Like This (foreign language)
Most Of The Time
Down In The Flood
Tangled Up In Blue
I Put A Spell On You
Watching The River Flow
Dixie
I'll Remember You
The Times They Are A-Changin'
Not Dark Yet
One More Cup of Coffee
Amazing Grace
Diamond Joe
Drifter's Escape
Dirt Road Blues (live)
Cold Irons Bound (live)
Angelina (instrumental)
Blowin' In The Wind (Michael Smith assures us that it's from Santa Cruz 2000)

There may be some mistakes here (it was pretty noisy and we were both on
cell phones).

What did they think of the movie itself?

There were extremely positive reactions from two of the people there (both
big-time Dylan fans). Reviews should be forthcoming!

Were they full songs, or just snippets of songs (he asked hopefully, but
knowing the probable answer)?

I have some more information:

- It's All Over Now, Baby Blue is a cover by the Jerry Garcia Band
- Senor is also a JGB cover (it wasn't mentioned in my earlier post)
- Blind Willie McTell and He Was A Friend Of Mine are from the Bootleg Series
- Down In The Flood was the first song that "Simple Twist of Fate" (the
Jack Fate cover band) performed in the movie
- Dixie, I'll Remember You, Amazing Grace, Diamond Joe, Dirt Road Blues,
and Cold Irons Bound are also performed in the movie
- Not Dark Yet is the album version
- The rest of the songs are *covers* by other artists

If someone could post this info to the Dylan Pool message board, I'd be
grateful (I can't seem to connect to external sites, although I can still
access my news server).

Just wanted to add some notes. There is a few seconds of The Ramones'
'My Back Pages' after the first one. 'I put a spell on you' consists
of John goodman singing/speaking those five words. He also sings most
of a verse of Lemon Jefferson's 'Matchbox Blues'. Dirt Road Blues may
or may not be live, the band are never shown playing it, like all the
other new versions.

That's all,
Jesse
