Well, it is a spartan package, no forward, no photos, and no INDEX.
Thats all well and good, but the index would be fun.
It seems that some enterprising magazine should pubish one fast.

The index for Andy Warhol's diary was very well recieved. It was
pubished later in some humor rag.

So, who is game?
here is a start.......

Dalton, Karen -------------pg. 12
"Brother To Korea" ---------pg. 18
Wavy Gravy (Hugh Romney --pg. 259

Well, no offense, but this seems pretty boring. I have an idea though, we
can all post index entries, and you can post the correct page numbers.
Here's a start: Elizabeth Cotton---pg.? Brian Jones---pg.? Area 51---pg.?
Deep Throat---pg? HR Halderman---pg.? Gong Show---pg.? Jimmy Hoffa---pg.?
Frank Sinatra---pg.? Dirty Rat---pg.? Orson Wells---pg.? Orson
Bean---pg.? WC Handy---pg.? CW McCall---pg.?

I made an index once, but it was for
a book on home repair. This sounds
a lot more fun than that. I'm unclear
as to your motivation though. Is it
primarily:
1. You would like to have an index
2. You would like to publish an index
3. You would like to get an RMD project going
4. Any combination of the above
5. Other

Oh yes,

I thought Mojo magazine could get some folks working on it right now,
and have a pull out section in an upcoming issue, just the right size
to slip into the book.

I dont have time for that kind of thing, but I sure would liuke to
have one handy. Although, I supose an online, hyperlink index would
be swell.
