I don't know how broadly you're defining parodies, but one which he
probably hasn't played (since it wasn't marketed as a parody but
simply appeared as a filler track on a mostly-ballad album), is
"The Force M.D.'s Meet The Fat Boys", which tells a story of the
musical meeting of these two popular '80s groups to the tune of the
Gilligan's Island theme.
It's available on the Force M.D.'s "Chillin'" album (Tommy Boy/Warner
Bros. 1010).
"Something's Wrong With Gilligan's Island" by Radio Free Vestibule, from

I thinks its a poor representative of their work, but it is on topic.

That was the first song by Guns 'N Moses, the group who did "Rock Me
Jerry Lewis", "Spock On", and "They Drive Me Brady." The group
consisted of Mike Eliot and Bud LaTour, and as far as I know was never
released. Although I think they were radio DJ's so there may be a
compilation out there somewhere.

"Isle Thing" by "Weird Al" Yankovic, parody of "Wild Thing" available on
the UHF soundtrack.

There's also Little Roger and the Goosebumps single
"Gilligan's Island Stairway" which sang the lyrics to
the Gilligan's Island theme to the tune of "Stairway to Heaven"
Good luck finding it. Led Zeppelin got an injunction preventing
distribution of the single not long after it came out. It's only
available on 45 I believe, and relatively scarce.
Actually, Guns N' Moses consist of Mark Davis & Rob Eisenberg (a/k/a The
Iceman of "I Want Your Sox" fame). I have never heard that Mike Elliott &
Bud Latour were directly involved w/ GNM. However, Mark, Rob, Mike, & Bud
all worked at KZZP in Phoenix, AZ in the 80s, and Mark was the voice of Jerry
on "Rock Me Jerry Lewis", Mike & Bud's biggest hit.
The original "La Isla Gilligan" was credited to The Iceman, but the remake
that's been getting played this year is credited to GNM.
I know there have been different people helping out GNM over the years. For
instance, there is a female singing on the new version of "La Isla Gilligan".
John Mammoser helped out on "Radio Shack". I don't have a list of every
who's helped on everything. It's possible that Mike & Bud have helped them
from time to time.
As far as I know, the only thing that's ever been released from KZZP people
is "Rock Me Jerry Lewis" which was on 45, sales of which benefitted Jerry's
muscular dystrophy campaign.

I didn't realize there were other people involved. I figured Mike and
Bud were because in "Rock Me Jerry Lewis" it says "in 1986 Mike Elliott
and Bud Latour record rock me Jerry Lewis..."

I've never heard either of those songs, unfortunately.

Also, there was a parody of Stairway to Heaven done with the lyrics of
Gilligan's theme song in place of the origional lyrics. I dont know
who did it or when it was done, but it got much airplay on Dr. D.
