Etc.

Is there an actual tune for this? If so what, or where can I find it?

The original is out of print. I was lucky enough to find it on a 45 a couple
years ago. Howver you can find it on Dr. Demento's 20th Anniversary
Collection. It's a 2-cassette, and I think 2 CD set.

Yes, there is a tune. I know one place you can find it is on the Dr. Demento
20th aniversary collection.

I know for a fact that "Star Trekkin" is on the Dr. Demento 20th Anniversary
Collection (Are there other of that sort of thing I can get?) because I have
it...

I once heard a long-play version of the song, but have not seen/heard it again.
Anyone know about that?

It does exist because I have it on tape (somewhere, hard to keep track
after 22 years of listening). There have actually been a few Star Trek
parodies. Unfortunately, the dear Dr. is not broadcasting live in LA
any more. Hopefully that will change.
