Check out THE MORNING ZOO at www.wnci.com. There are several of their Zoo
Tunes on .ra format.

I listened to the first five and they all stunk. The last song is "Blow Me A
Kiss" by Dean & Jerry and is listed as "Blow Me" with no artist credit given.
Clever name for the morning show though.

Uh oh, I'm running out of things to do. I guess I'll listen to this "burnt" CD
that came in the mail today.

Sorry you feel that way. Some OTHER people may find them funny. (And
they're free any day of the week.) I'll admit a couple are local-oriented
(My favorite is the Egg Farm Song - about an ongoing battle between a
nearby egg farm and its neighboors, mostly yuppies who've snatched area
land cheap and bitch about the smell.
I figured most people would get a kick out of 'The Rude Song'. (Not to
mention 'Blow Me' as you mentioned.)

Geez, if you like radio spoof stuff I would recommend the Bob Rivers stuff
(really good musicianship but tends to spoof topical subjects so the songs
lose their bite over time) or a radio station in Minneapolis, KQRS. They've
done some funny stuff and I have never even lived in Minnesota, so the local
jokes I generally don't get except the Vikings digs and their freaky coach.

Got a web address for them? :>
Really, One of the funniest local radio songs I've ever heard was while
passing near Pittsburgh..."Show Me Your Beaver" ("...County Courthouse...")
in Beaver Co. PA

(If anyones got really good local radio spoof songs I'd gladly exchange
tapes. The Morning Zoo put out a CD a couple of years ago with most of
their best stuff. The goodies include 'Hairy Bodies' spoof of Backstreet
Boys 'Everybody' and 'My Viagra' to the tune of 'My Sharona')

artist bob rivers on amazon, cdnow, cdworld, buy, etc. The results should
at least give a twisted tunes or I am santa claus response. Also there's
Bob and Tom, at bobandtom.com; you have probably heard them before.
