Artist/Lyrics for 'Stinky Breath" and "Polkadot Undies"?

Not sure if the Doctor ever played these but this seems like the
place to ask for the artists and/or lyrics for these incredible songs
that some station played during a 'format transition' period...
One is called 'Stinky Breath' and it is a rapid fire hillbilly tune
that is almost impossible to decipher the lyrics to (my copy is not
the best either)...
The other is a Bob Dylan parody that is called Polkadot Undies.
Can anyone assist? Direct mail appreciated, will summarize.

Sinky Breath is by Dr Badbreath and I will look as see who polka dot undies
is by and post it tomorrow if it hasnt already been answered by then

Thanks. I got the answer on Polkadot Undies, it is by Bowser and Blue
on their album _Bowser and Blue_ on Justin Time Records JUST9, 1986
from Canada. I also got the lyrics from the Demento site

I looked at a couple local used record shops (it seems to be long out
of print) but didnt find it. Anyone wanna get me a dub of this song
or the entire LP?
Now, here is the real challenge. Who can get me lyrics for Stinky-
Breath? I can decode some of it but certainly not all. It is not at
the Demento site. Please help, that is the main one I was interested
in anyway.
