The quote also comes from a song called "Bra size 45". I don't know the
artist's name off the top of my head.

That line is from a very old blues tune, author uknown, called
_Jelly Roll Blues_. I will post the lyrics/Chords in another message.

This line appears in "Bras on 45" by Ivor Biggun, a 1981 parody of
the "Stars on 45" segue disco hit. Not sure if it was original,
though since almost the whole track was one mass parody of dozens
of song titles, it probably would have been the sort of thing Louis
Jordan or Cab Calloway did.

"Bras on 45", like all Ivor Biggun stuff, is too dirty to receive
unbleeped airplay, but the section concerned goes:

The flickering strobes lit up the globes
That thrust from her pullover
I think her name was June
'Cos she was bustin' out all over
She said "Can you feel the force?
Do you wanna take one step beyond?"
I said "goodness gracious, great balls of fire,
There's a whole lot of shaking going on".
She said "Knock on wood and blame it on the boogie,
Now what do you think about that?"
I said "Ooh, 'eck, it must be jelly,
'Cos jam don't shake like that".

Not so much of the Night Fever
More like a belt with a tire lever
She was not at all pendulous
In fact she was tremendulous!

Ira Bigguns and the D-cups, I believe. Ira did a song by himself too,
which Dr. Demento played a few weeks back. I think it was in his
"Hawaii" episode.

Well see there y'go...it's not as much ignorance as it is that's his only
foray over here! so unless one was heavy into imports then one wouldn't
know anymore about Ivor Biggun...(I still think he sounds like DUry on
that one cut, evidently I'm not alone)

Once again, the good Doctor comes to the rescue & spreads a record we
wouldn't otherwise hear over here.

Thanks for the history, I'll file it, and perhaps the address could be put
into the address FAQ.
