I think "Loving You Has Made Me Bananas" is the actual title. I know it's
been played on Dr. Demento, because I remember the melody.
The missing line is "Oh you burned your finger that evening, while my back was
turned"
Does anyone remember his follow-up "Meet Me Tonight by hte Postage Machine"?
It had a chorus that went
"It may sound silly saying this but heaven knows,
We could all in love beside the Pitney Bowes"
