I'm trying to find out who played the banjo solo at the end of Spike
Jones' "Black and Blue Danube Waltz". Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

According to this page, it was Freddy Morgan:

Freddy was great! I think he did all the "featured" banjo trickery,
although Homer and Jethro occasionally dropped in (I'm thinking
specifically "Pal-Yat-Chee").

However, Homer and Jethro played guitar and mandolin, not banjo.

Spike often had TWO banjo players in the band, but Freddy Morgan did the best
bits.
