* Luke & Carrie's Bad Rapport - Episode #004: Admirable, Or Sad? You
Decide!

Actually, this episode is “Luke & Carrie & Matt & Ken & Josh’s Bad
Rapport”, since this episode was recorded at Matt “Fringe” Duhan’s
place just before his “Time Bandits” movie party, along with Ken
“Madman On The Loose” Sherlock, and Josh “Mr. Carrie Dahlby” Rasey. In
this episode we discuss who from the FuMP we’d cast in the Rocky
Horror Picture Show, “Luke Rants” about sex and the Heathcliff
cartoon, and also gets more analytical than NASA deconstructing his
updated list of his Top 50 most popular songs amongst his fans. We
also play an oldie but goodie by Tom Smith, an awesome punk cover by
the Toy Dolls, and end the show with a track by a group called Googie
& Joe’s Workshop that’s so rare Dr. Demento only played it once ever
back in 1982. I dare anybody to do a cover version of it. You can
listen to the episode and/or subscribe at our website http://badrapport.com
Please leave COMMENTS for the episode there, or you can email us at
badra...@gmail.com .

ATTENTION LUKE SKI FANS - In this episode I discuss a potential
forthcoming album “Luke Ski’s Greatest Hits: Volume 1 (1996-2003)”, so
please go to http://badrapport.com and check out the proposed track
listing and leave comments there letting me know what you think of it.
Are there any tracks from 1996-2003 that are missing that you think
should be there? Please let me know.

Hi. Spaff here. As Luke's friend and copy editor, it is incumbent on
me to correct one teensy-weensy thing in his post. This section should
read as follows:

* PLEASE REQUEST “SAVE ME, OBAMA” FOR “THE DR. DEMENTO SHOW!”
According to the unofficial fan tallies, “Save Me, Obama” is currently

TIED FOR #1 SONG OF 2009 on “The Dr. Demento Show!” There’s only one
more Top Ten Countdown airing this year before the show is taken over
by holiday music, so please please please REQUEST for Dr. Demento to

play “Save Me, Obama”! You may reflexively think of requesting "Too
Much Stuff" or one of my other songs - since I pretty much live my
life on top of the annual Demento chart - but DON'T DO IT. I've "been
there, done that" repeatedly, whereas Robert Lund and Spaff never
have. Let's be frank: They need this in their lives more than I do.
Toss them a bone. The request page is here: http://drdemento.com/request

And of course, you can listen to his show at his website, http://drdemento.com

Thank you, fans!
the giggity giggity great Luke Ski
