Anyone familiar with the classic double-entre song by Connie Vannett called "The
Pussycat Song"???

This risque little ditty has been a perennial favorite of drag queens nationwide
for a couple of decades.

"My pussy was scratchin' on the kitchen door...
scratched so hard... my pussy got sore...
sore pussy... just a friendly little cat."

... you get the idea.

Anyway... New York's premiere drag queen, Miss "Lady" Bunny has just released a
new single version of this classic underground novelty song. Miss Bunny's
version is a disco-ized club version. It can be found on a compilation from
Swoon Records called "God Shave The Queen!"

It's a pretty cool updating... but the Vannett original is still the best!
