I NEED HELP FINDING A FEMALE ARTIST!

This is going to sound kind of strange, but I need to find the NAME of
a specific female artist. I don't know the name of any songs by her.
All I remember about this artist, was a music video I saw of her. I
think it was about a year ago. I distinctly remember the video had a
bluish hue to it, and the song moved at a moderate speed. She sang
kind of fast during the chorus. The artist herself I remember was kind
of old. I want to know if there are ANY country artists out there that
resemble this description.

little bit more info. Hair color? What was the song about? Anything specific
in the video that you can remember? What age are you referring to when you say
"kind of old?"
