Truitt Cunningham is a former Texas Playboy who was a vocalist and base
guitarist with Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys in the 1950s. Truitt is
keeping Western Swing alive and well today with his own band, The San
Antone Rose Band, and plays regularly at venues such as the Annaul
Sacramento Jazz Jubilee.
