Be aware of this company's business practices. I have recently placed an
order and it took over 10 days for the shipment to arrive. (How funny it
only took two days for the order to get to them) Their policy on
researching a shipment is 30 days after their ship date, before they even
consider looking into it.

The telephone order desk offers no other help, nor will allow you to speak
to a supervisor! This is FACT! I would advise you to chose another company
for ordering country music tapes, CD's etc.
