Does anyone know where I can find recordings or info on Laura Boosinger
(I think I'm spelling it right).

If you know of any, or have any to share, please e-mail me.
Thanks

I've got two recordings with Laura Boosinger. One is her
"My Carolina Home" CD on Upstream Records UP888 (1990).
The address given is P. O. Box 8843, Asheville, NC 28814
704/258-9713. It's a wonderful recording. Raymond McClain
plays guitar, mandolin, fiddle, and sings harmony. Mark
Schatz plays bass. Steven Heller plays guitar on one cut
and sings on one cut (he produced and enineered). David Holt
plays harmonica. Laura sings, plays the banjo, guitar, and
lap dulcimer. I found it in the used bin of a local record
store a few years ago.

The other one is a cassette called "Seven Days at the Sawmill"
on which Doug Phillips plays fiddle, Hilary Dirlam plays bass,
guitar, and fiddle, and Laura plays banjo. It is copyright
1992 and is on Silver Circle Productions SC 001. The only
address given is for Doug Phillips, 11 Rice Rd., Mars Hill,
NC 28754, 704/689-2417. I'm pretty sure I got it from County
Sales. This one is all instrumentals.
