I've been listening to the MGM box set
THE COMPLETE HANK WILLIAMS of 10 CD's.

What's missing?

I know about the Opry disc, the Health and Happiness disc,
and the Mother's Best shows, which I have.

Are there alternate takes or additional songs
that are not included in this box set?

Are there other radio programs or radio series
that were recorded on transcription that are
not released, aside from Mother's Best ?

Perhaps some knowledgeable Hank enthusiast
can share the answers with me.

Reply to my private email if you like.

Richard

Hi Richard,

Here is a list of unreleased Hank Williams Sr. recordings.

Most of these recordings are from radio shows, the quality is not
always the best but none the less they are more Hank Williams
recordings floating around out there.

These recordings are known to exist in private collections of
collectors all over.

Regards
Reinhard

These two, Come back to me and Mother's Heaven, ARE NOT HANK SINGING!

Who is it then?
If Hank is not singing, does he play on the tracks?

The acetate with these two songs on it doesn't have any singers or
pickers names on it. It was found with some paper items with Hank info
on them and has been linked to Hank in this way. I have no idea who
the musicians are or for sure what year this acetate was made. I am
100% positive that it isn't Hank singing tho. One side has a man and
woman singing and the woman is singing HARMONY IN TUNE! Now did Audrey
ever sing harmony at all? She always TRIED to sing melody.
