Hello,

This probably isn't the best place to put my question, but I was wondering
about the prices of property in Tennessee. Mainly the areas of Cookeville,
Franklin, and Spring Hill.

I am looking for a small house in Putnam County (Around Cookeville), with
3 bedrooms, a basement, and a garage. I would like a fixer-upper so that I
can buy it, remodel it, and rent it out. I was wondering what a house
like that would cost. Any ideas or listings?
