Are there any Tony Rice fans out there? I love the way this guy picks
the guitar. I'm wondering if he has an instructional video or some other
great bluegrass pickers. I also like Ricky Skaggs' hot guitar licks.
Are their any others out there that I should be listening to? Help?

Also has anyone listened to Shawn Camp's first album. Man this guy's
stuff is hard on flooring !!!!!!!

I am with you. I love Tony Rice. One of my favorite all time recordings is
"Tony Rice - Cold on the Shoulder". Simply awesome music. Another guy
I used to listen to alot was Pat Flynn when he was with New Grass Revival.
He had some great licks. Now that they are no more I guess he's back
doing studio work. Carry On Tony Rice Fans!

T. Rice is the king. I recommend all of his music. Check out some old
Grisman stuff. Tony was hot then, and he's hot now. ALSO, to your
request, Homespun Video sells "An Intimate Guitar Lesson with Tony Rice".
It comes with tablature. It's a blast to watch and listen to, but, good
luck keeping up with Tony. He evens smokes when he's trying to play it
slow for you to learn. Have fun.

Your right. Tony Rice is IT, IMO, when it comes to guitar, period!
I simply love his music. My favorite, "Cold on the Shoulder". How can
you top this?

I think his best albums were played with Norman Blake and a later Rounder
release of Mansenita

How about Doc Watson; a great picker and a great singer, too.
