Chirps --
Here are some words I whipped up (while humming Turkey
in the Straw--I've never heard the actual tune) --
feel free to use them until the real words come along.

The Monkey Kissed the Baboon's Sister
-------------------------------------
Verse:
A monkey went courtin' one sunny day,
Down in the jungle, or so they say,
He brought his love a fresh banana,
Then took her to the Copacabana,

Chorus:
They danced all night to a monkey band,
He held her foot 'cause it looked like a hand,
She looked so cute, he couldn't resist her,
The monkey kissed the baboon's sister.

Verse:
Oh marry me, my sweet baboon,
We'll go upon our honeymoon,
We'll live together in a coconut tree,
With baby monkeys numbering three.

Chorus:
So the wedding was held, by the light of the moon,
The bride was hairy, and so was the groom,
When the minister said, "Do you take her, mister?",
The monkey kissed the baboon's sister.

(my appologies if this is a double posting--A.O.L.
apparently lied to me last night when they claimed
to have sent it).

Steve "is that the music police knocking at my door?" Parker

P.S. Hope this has some a-peel.
