That CD and another CD of field recordings are available from the Augusta
Heritage Center (and also County Sales. Where I purchased my copy)
Hope this helps.

Hmm...I didn't know the reissue had extra tracks...

I got my tape from an album ( vinyl ) about 6 years ago. I think I'll just
get the new release -- with the additional tracks. I do have an old tape of
field recordings with Ernie chatting -- cool guy. Ernie has a great style,
great tunes tooboot, I've learned several.
Thanks,
Steve

The reissue is a double CD set. According to the Dirty Linen Review "Disc
one of this double disc jewel is a reissue of his '86 Elk River Blues
LP plus four tunes not included on the original record."... "Disc two
contains 32 unreleased tracks termed the field sessions that were
recorded in his living room with Milnes on banjo, guitar and running the
tape".
