Publishers who accept new classical works?

I'm not sure how many people still read this newsgroup, but I figured
I'd put this question out there and see...

I've been working on a few new short organ pieces, mostly in a baroque
style, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any music publishers
that accept such submissions for publication (actual publishers; not
self-publishing platforms like ArrangeMe), especially from a composer
without any special degree letters, etc.

Does anyone know of any such publishers?
