Best way to Catalog / Store CD's??

I have a collection of about 470 cd's. Right now they are still in their
cd jewl case and in 3 towers. I seem to move a lot and am tired of the
cd towers. I went out and bought 3 cd cases from Staples (each holds 224
cd's). First I tried to put the cd and the booklet in the same pocket,
but it's a really tight fit. Some of the cd's don't say what they are on
them and that's why I figured I'd keep the books. The other problem I
have is if I don't keep the book, how do I know what songs are on the
cd? I also am going to try using "OrangeCD Record Catalog"
