        -Artist, title, country, format, description & price.  It is best for everyone if you can just copy & paste straight from our listing to save time.  If you cant, please list one artist per line and double space.  PRICE, FORMAT & DESCRIPTION MUST BE INCLUDED to insure proper processing of your order!

3)  HOW YOU WANT TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER

        -Credit card, checks, or money orders.  Orders paid for by check must have your current address printed on the check. Your order will be held  for ten days to two weeks until the check clears. There will be a $15 service charge for returned checks.

         -We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover.  When paying by credit card, we need to know when you place your order if your information is already on file or, if not, how you will be submitting this information.  If your information is not on file, you will need to submit this information within 48 hours of placing your order.  If we have not received this information, we will assume you are no longer interested in the item(s) and cancel your order.

        -If you wish to make any additions or cancelations, please put the words "order changes" in the subject header and send to or...@vinylink.com.  It is recommended that you list your changes first and then include your original order.  Please try to make all changes within 24 hours of your initial order.

        -It is essential that you mention the fact that you have an order on hold when adding to that order, otherwise you may be billed for shipping twice and the orders will ship at different times independently of each other

3)  "PROBLEMS"

4)  "GUARANTEE"

 -All items are 100% guaranteed unless otherwise specified.  If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days to work out arrangements to mutual satisfaction. You will be given another 7 days to return your item to us.

 
5)  "RETURNS"

 -You must receive a return authorization number before sending back your returns.  All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

6)  "SHIPPING VERIFICATION"

     Due to the massive amounts of mail received, we regret that we can no longer invoice credit card orders unless you clearly state at the time you place your order that you require an invoice.  All non credit card orders will be placed on hold for payment once your customer number is verified.  We will then invoice you and tell you how much you need to send us.

     All orders are pulled as soon as they are received.  If you require an invoice or verification from us that we have received your order, this may delay the processing and shipping of that order.  In most cases, an order shipped within 72 hours should arrive before we have a chance to e-mail you verification of receiving and processing that order.

You should allow between 1-3 weeks for delivery.  Please do not contact us regarding the status of your order until after the 3 weeks is over.

If your order is contingent on any particular item(s) being in stock, please let us know this when you place your order, otherwise we will ship what we have.  Listing alternates is always helpful.
