I am thinking the same thing as it S L O W L Y downloads.
But of course its not true, you actually do need "Gruppen".

Thanks so much for this..

Hmmm we'll clear up the titles later, I'm still downloading!
> Should this be labeled "All the Stockhausen You'll Ever Need"?
Trouble is it excludes the only Stockhausen I really need: Gruppen,
Carré, and Punkte. But maybe I should take this opportunity to hear
Licht whole.

I guess I should download this. I have one of the 'days' complete
(Donnerstag?), and there were longish stretches of what I assumed was
Augenmusik (i.e., stage business with not much to listen to).
So what exactly is this? Highlights? Something like 10% of the full
'Licht'?

Here are the musical example names from the first zipfile. Bassetsu Trio is
derived from Michaelion the final scene of Mittwoch.
(1) Dienstag, Jahreslauf (bells)
(2) Sonntag, Lichter Wasser
(3) (Mittwoch), Bassetsu Trio
(4) Montag, Montags-Gruss
(5) Montag, Befreuchtung mit Klavierstck
(6) Dienstag, Dienstags-Gruss
(7) Dienstag, Jahreslauf
(8) Dienstag, Jahreslauf
(9) Dienstag, Piet
(10) Mittwoch, Mittwochs-Gruss
Well, not so much 'highlights' (in the sense that you might have
Highlights of The Ring, for instance) as an intelligent selection meant
to be representative - insofar as that's possible with Stockhausen - of
the whole thing.
The whole of LICHT is 29 hours
(http://www.stockhausen.org/LICHT_timing.html), so I suppose this is
actually just over 12% :) I'd say it's certainly worth dipping into,
even for the wary, though bearing in mind that almost every
opera/scene/section of LICHT is very different from every other...

I think this broadcast turns out to be a compelling collection of interviews
(in German), illustrated by music from all 7 operas.
But as a potted survey of the music it is inconsistent, dwelling on and
returning to particular sections, while avoiding other Acts and Scenes
altogether.
