Dear Heiko,
I just listened to thse great transfers this morning. MANY thanks for
these - I have never come across any of these before. The Torch-Dance
is especially rare. The two Carmen sides also contain other music by
Bizet. Side 1 has an extract from La Jolie Fille de Perth, then the
Carmen Act 2 introduction, while Side 2 has the Carmen Act 4
introduction, then part of the Farandole from L'Arlesienne. This makes
a nice bonus!
Best wishes,
Paul
