Question: has anyone recorded Michael Haydn's 13th symphony in D major,
MH 132 (Perger 37)? It's the one I don't have.

There's Harold Farberman with the Bournemouth Sinfonietta, c/w the Symphony in B-flat major, MH 62 (Perger 51) ('La Confidenza').

This appeared on Vox Cum Laude LP D-VCL 9086, but AFAIK was never reissued on commercial CD, although most of Farberman's MH recordings have been.
I remastered this one myself a few years ago.

time and then maybe the new Naxos series will have it.

I have one of the cpo, one disc with Farberman and one with the Liszt chamber orchestra (which was for bizarre reasons one of my first 20 CDs or so...). I never felt the need for completeness...

Yes, I have a list and yes, the cpo collection is almost complete.

Completeness is futile, there are thousands of symphonies from this era,
but things pile up inadvertently and one day you find out there is only
one missing…
