Can anybody help me with the music by Puccini used in G. I. Jane. I am
new to Opera, but think that the piece is by Puccini.

Thanks in advance,

In future: everyone with questions about which classical piece is used
in which movie should check out Benjamin Chee's "Classics from the
Silver Screen" page at:

http://home.pacific.net.sg/~bchee/movies.html

I found it through a web search engine. And you can too!

Here's Mr. Chee's entry for G.I. Jane:

90.G.I. Jane
Puccini "O mio babbino caro" from Gianni Schicchi
Mozart Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, 3rd movt.
Mozart Adagio and Fugue in C minor, K.546
