Hello - Would anybody here know if a recording of Handel's
'Jephtha' with Johannes Somary conducting the English Chamber
Orch & Amor Artis Chorale actually exists ?? If yes, on what
label ? Is it available in Northa America? I couldn't find it
in this winter's Schwann Opus. Thanks for your help!

No idea whether it's available in the US, but here it is : Vanguard
Classics 08 5091 73, 3 CD. Alexander Young, Maureen Forrester (Hamor),
Helen Watts (Storgè), Reri Grist, John Lawrenson, Simon Woolf (Angel).
Dully conducted, sometimes miraculously sung (even Grist is good - would
you believe it!).

Terrible, stupid, unconscious spelling error! Apologies.
