photo thereof) of a minor to be illegal. Most of those "old nudist
magazines" were family-oriented. What do you mean by "exploited"?
Were the poses erotic or pornographic? Please list particular photos
within the magazines, that you refer to, which violate particular laws.
If they do violate such laws, what keeps them from being illegal *now*?

Any self respecting person that wants to look at naked women or men or porn
with naked women or men I have no problem with. I've seen nudity and porn in
various media I've never seen and will never see or want to see children
used in this way.

If you're going to hang around this group, you should at least get some

I have nothing against Classical music and do read the posts. I must state
though that you guys are your own worst enemies in the decline of classical
offerings and the ever closing and shrinking selection of classical stores.
Corporations are in biz to make money, not for the love of the music. They
just can't make a profit when you want everything your whim desires in stock
and at bin prices so they can sell one of an item a month, its about volume
not love.
The biggest laugh i've had in a long time hear is the guy that suggest a
small percentage of sales $ of *profitable* artists? such as emenem should
be giving to classical music wellfare. Too much tax money is paid to it
already. If it can't stand on its own let it die.

I'm happy with my choice of music and have high end systems in my Autos and
a Bose 5.1 surround hooked up to DirecTivo and DVD, My music tastes are very
wide, with the exception of only rap and new country. The attitude of this
group though actualy discorages newcomers not speaking of myself as I have
never looked for acceptance here thats not what i'm here for.
The truth is I posted a boxed set of classical albums here, I was selling
on ebay and that was to be it, shortly I received an arogant pushy *direct
email* from this Tepper. I came on and tried to explain myself
and because Teppers not man enough to admit he was wrong he took the
opposite aproch and called me a theif and a shill because some else posted a
similar item and according to Tepper logic it was me useing a different
account to artificialy inflate the price of the set so that my auction would
make more money, hell this other account was a charity and ever had a
website listed on the auction, its quite a streach to think someone would go
to all that trouble to sell a set of classical album, but hey Tepper wasn't
man enough to admit he could possibly be wrong so he had to keep up the i'm
a crook and a shill and you guys went right along with the hypocracy so
don't expect me to be decent, I tried in the begining to settle it like men
but it just wasn't going to happen. I can play the same game and I don't
conform to your rules you don't aply them uniformly so they mean nothing to
