For a limited time only at BRO the 6CD United Archives set of Bruno Walter's Beethoven Symphony recordings with the New York Philharmonic is only $11.94:
PLEASE NOTE: United Archives double-shipped us this title by mistake. With their authorization, we are selling a limited number of copies of this set at half our usual price. Once the supply is exhausted it will revert to the previous price)

This set is excellent, with surprisingly good mono sound considering when it was recorded. Quite a revelation if you've heard only the later warm and fuzzy Bruno recordings.

For the most part I prefer the M&A box of the same material. I did an
A/B comparison recently of the two. Where the differ, the UA box sounds
more harsh and at times pitched sharp. Where they don't they sound
nearly identical.
