The CHARM discography attributes KHerbert von Karajan as the conductor for two recordings of the Dvorak Sym. #9 in the 1950s.
One was made in Nov. 1957 with the Berlin Philharmonic by Electorola.
The other was made in Feb. 1958 with the Philharmonia for Columbia.

The giant Complete Recordings for EMI by Karajan box has the 1957 Berlin recording, but not the 1958 Philharmonia recording. I find no evidence of the Philharmonia recording elsewhere either.
CHARM does not list a catalog number for the Philharmonia recording, but does not state that it was unissued.

Anyone else ever heard of a Philharmonia recording of the 9th with HvK?

I believe Walter Legge supervised most of Karajan's recordings for
EMI, and Alan Sanders' Legge discography lists the Berlin Philharmonic
recording as having been made in sessions on November 28-29, 1957,
January 6-7, 1958 and completed on May 18-20, 1958. There is no
mention of a Philharmonia recording. The Gramophone Karajan
discography indicates Karajan did not participate in any recording
sessions in February, 1958.

However, Sanders lists a Dvorak Symphony No. 9 with Wolfgang
Sawallisch and the Philharmonia recorded in February, 1958.

According to the same database, Karajan has only once performed a work by Dvorak

The CHARM discography wrongly attributes Karajan instead of Sawallisch as the conductor of the 02/1958 sessions whereby the Philhamronia recorded the Dvorak 9th.

Columbia LP catalog # SAX 2322
