Defective CD Replacement on Bob Dylan set

Since there has been some discussion here of problems getting replacements for defective CD's in large box sets, I was interested to see this alert on Amazon.com about a problem with a complete set of Bob Dylan recordings. Can classical CD buyers look forward to the same courtesy from the manufacturers?

Some consumers identified a defect on one of the discs, Disc #22 “Hard Rain”, Bob Dylan The Complete Album Collection, Vol. 1 CD box set. Any box sets purchased after 11/20/2013 from Amazon.com are free of this defect. If you purchased a box set and have experienced any issues with Disc #22, please email Sony Music at BobDylan...@SonyMusic.com to receive a free replacement for Disc #22. Please reference “Complete Album Collection Replacement” in the subject line, and be sure to include your name, complete shipping address and a contact phone number and/or email address in the body of the email. Your request will be processed within five business days. Again, there is no charge for this replacement. We regret any inconvenience.
