No, it is 96 cds.

This Vaughan Williams/Previn CD was never issues in Europe, as far as I can tell. Maybe that is why it is not included.

This is similar to the big Zubin Mehta Warner box set. It has Peter and the Wolf narrations in English (Itzhak Perlman), French, German and Dutch but not Hebrew (Itzhak Perlman), which was not released in Europe.

Seems to be getting to be a mini-trend to miss at least one thing in the big boxes. Stern had it happen last year.
